(1) After searching the person who has been sent to prison according to section 9 according to section 10, the prison administrator shall conduct a health examination of the person through the medical personnel.
(2) During the health examination according to sub-section (1), a record shall be kept of the details of any wounds, injuries, bruises and other health conditions on his body.
